Meet Frank E. Hagan, P.E.

Mr. Frank E. Hagan over twenty-five years of experience in mechanical engineering and has conducted more than 1,500 failure investigations. Mr. Hagan's expertise includes product, system, and component analysis due to malfunction caused by mechanical failure, fire, explosion, or improper design, manufacturing, or construction. Fire and explosion experience includes major incidences involving dust deflagrations, BLEVE's, and failures of products, fire suppression systems, fuel gas systems, and complex industrial process equipment/systems.

Personal injury experience includes alleged product defects/failures, carbon monoxide poisoning, and building related illnesses. Mr. Hagan has testified by deposition and at trial in federal and state courts.
